My Story

Since 1992, music has remained the constant in my life, defined by my work producing and performing as Lovespirals and Love Spirals Downwards. Beyond the studio, I advocate for plant-based living through Happy Healthy Vegan. I also began a PhD in philosophy back in 1994—and have been enjoying an exceptionally long leave of absence ever since.
